Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the West Midlands. The Job Title will support the delivery of drywall, ceiling, and partition projects from preparation through completion. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with measurements and layout, coordinating materials and supplies, supporting installation work, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The role will involve close collaboration with site supervisors, installers, and contractors to help ensure that projects meet quality standards, specifications, and deadlines. The Job Title may also contribute to basic documentation, reporting progress, and communicating any issues or risks to the relevant project leads.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in construction, interiors, or fit-out work, particularly in drywall, ceilings, or partition systems.
• Practical skills in measuring, handling tools and equipment, and supporting installation activities on-site.
• Ability to follow technical drawings, site instructions, and safety procedures accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside supervisors, installers, and contractors.
• Good organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail to help ensure projects are completed to specification and on schedule.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites; relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS card) are an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to different tasks, and develop skills across drywall systems, partitions, plastering, and related services.
• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to travel to project locations within the West Midlands as required.
