Summary
We are seeking a commercially minded AI Social Video Content Creator to lead the production of high-impact, short-form social content at scale. This role is entirely social-focused, driving growth across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts using AI-enhanced workflows. You will sit at the intersection of AI, performance marketing and storytelling. You will turn ideas, podcasts and teachings into scroll-stopping, conversion-driven video content. You will optimise based on data and continuously refine output for reach, engagement and revenue. This role directly impacts audience expansion, brand positioning and monetisation.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Driven Social Content Production
- Produce high-volume short-form video content using AI tools
- Repurpose long-form teachings, podcasts and legacy content into platform-native clips
- Develop AI-enhanced workflows to reduce production time and increase output
- Stay ahead of emerging AI video tools and integrate them into production systems
- Platform-Native Video Strategy
- Create content optimised for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Develop powerful hooks within the first three seconds
- Test multiple creative angles, captions and formats
- Align content with launches, campaigns and paid ads
- Performance & Optimisation
- Analyse retention, engagement and watch time data
- Optimise content weekly based on performance metrics
- Increase follower growth and platform reach
- Support lead generation through conversion-led video
- Commercial Contribution
- Create video assets for paid media
- Produce launch-support content

Requirements
- Experience
- Proven experience creating high-performing short-form video content
- Demonstrable use of AI tools within video production workflows
- Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and retention psychology
- Technical Skills
- AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs or similar
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and Creative Cloud software
- Social platform analytics tools
- Strong scriptwriting for short-form
- Commercial Awareness
- Understands content as a growth and revenue driver
