We’re on a mission to grow, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive with membership-based sales experience, who is UK-based and able to work from our Staines office three days per week as part of our hybrid working model.
About the RoleYou’ll play a key role in expanding our membership and accreditation services both in the UK and internationally. Working alongside a supportive sales and marketing team, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from generating new leads to closing deals and building long-term relationships. This role is perfect for someone who loves the chase, is solution-focused, and is eager to be part of an ambitious, growing organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing- Nurture and convert warm inbound leads
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation
- Analyse the market, identify opportunities, and report on trends
- Manage client memberships and subscriptions, ensuring timely renewals and payments
- Hit (and exceed!) your sales targets
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales or business development
- Proven experience selling memberships, subscriptions, or accreditation-based services
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- An entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Confident working independently, while being a true team player
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Based in the UK and able to commute to our Staines office three days per week
