Rapid Time Recruit Limited acting as an Employment Business is currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 container drivers on behalf of our client in Liverpool, this is on a ongoing basis with temp - perm available.
Role of a Class 1 C+E Driver
- Container deliveries to specified destinations
- Start times 04:00am – 06:00am ( days )
- Start times 15:00am – 19:00am ( nights )
- Monday – Friday shift pattern
- Average 12 - 13 hour shifts
Class 1 C+E HGV drivers will require
- Valid UK HGV licence (C+E) for 1 years or more.
- Must have a minimum 8 month previous HGV driving experience.
- Previous container experience is essential
- Valid dock card preferred ( can be obtained if expired )
- Digital tachograph card CPC card.
- Always be professional and presentable.
- Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
- Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
PAYE rates are
- DAYS
- £16.77 Plus holiday accrual or
- £18.80 Including Holiday accrual
- Min 8 hours paid
- NIGHTS
- £18.25 Plus holiday accrual or
- £20.45 Including Holiday accrual
- Min 8 hours paid
More if weekend overtime.
