Location: Office based, Pershore We’re looking for an organised, commercially minded and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our growing modular building business.
You’ll play a key part in keeping projects moving from pre-production, through manufacture and supply, right through to deployment.
You’ll work closely with suppliers, production teams and management to make sure we have the right materials, resources, information and processes in place - at the right time and at the right cost.

The Role As Operations Coordinator, you’ll take responsibility for coordinating key operational and supply chain activities, helping us deliver efficiently, cost-effectively and to a consistently high standard.
You’ll be involved across the full operational journey, including
- Coordinating operations, project control, planning and performance reporting.
- Supporting the pre-production, production and deployment stages of modular building projects.
- Managing and coordinating the supply chain, including sourcing, purchasing, logistics and inventory.
- Forecasting demand and material requirements to support efficient production and on-time delivery.
- Sourcing materials and negotiating supplier quotations to achieve the best possible value and purchasing productivity.
- Building strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and resolving material availability or delivery issues.
- Identifying, assessing and developing new suppliers to strengthen our supply network and improve our cost base.
- Deciding what resources are required and ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Monitoring purchasing and production costs and negotiating with suppliers to ensure projects remain commercially viable.
- Establishing and maintaining quality standards, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and Right First Time.
- Collating and analysing operational data and producing production and performance reports using Connecteam and Monday. com.
- Providing accurate and timely information to the production team through Oneflow, ensuring all required documentation is completed and submitted correctly.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen operational processes.
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can combine organisation, commercial awareness and problem-solving with a hands-on approach.
Ideally, you’ll have
- Experience in operations coordination, project control, purchasing or supply chain management.
- Experience of planning, scheduling and performance reporting.
- Ideally, experience within the construction, manufacturing or modular building sector.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to deal with suppliers commercially.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and Right First Time.
- Strong IT and systems skills, with the ability to learn and use different digital tools effectively.
- The ability to analyse information and use data to make informed decisions.
- A practical, logical and systematic approach to problem solving.
- The ability to remain calm and effective when working under pressure.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and the confidence to take ownership.
- The ability to influence, motivate and work effectively with production teams, managers, suppliers and clients.
