Rapid Response Maintenance is an exciting fast-paced maintenance company that is expanding quickly & now we require a Multi Trade Engineer to carry out property maintenance work in social housing Voids and tenanted properties.

We are looking to hire a Multi Trade Engineer to join the team to carry out property maintenance work .

The role involves but is not limited to

  • Void and planned works
  • Responsive works
  • General Plumbing
  • General Carpentry
  • Plastering work
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Strip out works.
  • PDA usage, paperwork (limited) & photo-taking of work before & after

General knowledge of the above will be needed, we promote & encourage personal skills development.

You will be required to have your own basic hand tools to carry out the role.

Company vehicles, materials and a mobile phone will be provided.

Required Skills

Full UK Driving Licence

The ideal candidate must be organized.

You must be able to solve problems quickly and effectively.

You will be required to manage your own van stock and materials and therefore will need to work methodically and allow time within your day to order and collect materials/parts.

The position is full-time Monday – Friday, weekend rota’s and out of hours will also be available.

28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
