Rapid Resourcing are seeking experienced Sewing Machinists to work for their client based in the Knowsley area.
About the role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Sewing Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high‑quality products to specification and within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating industrial sewing machine (e.g. lockstitch, overlock, coverstitch)
- Reading and following patterns, measurements and work instructions
- Producing consistent, high‑quality stitched products
- Carrying out basic machine maintenance and keeping work areas tidy
- Meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a sewing machinist
- Ability to work with a variety of fabrics/materials
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
This is working on a temp to perm basis - full time or part-time.
