On behalf of our client NCR, Rapid Resource are looking for experienced Site Managers to support projects across the UK. The position is offered on a contract basis. You will be required to operate via an Umbrella Company. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to manage the installation of IT hardware in secure locations, managing and supervising up to 3 contractors per site per night. You must have a clean driving licence (6 points or less, no DR10 convictions). A Vehicle and fuel card will be provided. The role may require you to work away from home, Monday-Thursday consecutively.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To inspire the workers on their sites to ensure that the works are conducted safely, to a very high quality and within the requirements of CDM2015, Client requirements and NCR standards.
- Liaise with clients on arrival at site.
- Complete site inductions.
- Communicate with the project team with concise updates and completion reports.
- Conduct toolbox talks.
- Quality assurance.
- Target for zero defects at handover.

- SMSTS/SSSTS
- First Aid at Work/Emergency First Aid at Work
- Fire Warden trained
- Competency card CSCS affiliated cards only
- UKATA Asbestos awareness training
- Manual handling training
- Abrasive wheels training
