We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our team, covering Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
About Us: Pioneer Air Conditioning Services Ltd, based in Croxley Green, provides high-quality air conditioning and refrigeration installations, servicing, and maintenance across residential and commercial sectors. We are known for our reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned servicing and maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently
- Complete full installations of air conditioning systems, including ducted and VRV/VRF systems
- Work across both residential and commercial environments
- Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with current regulations
- Provide excellent customer service on-site
Requirements:
- Valid F-Gas qualification (essential)
- Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration
- Strong knowledge of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems
- Experience with ducted system installations
- Full UK driving license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be prepared to carry out overtime during peak seasons
What We Offer:
- Company vehicle provided
- Salary between £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
