We are currently seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, covering the Hertfordshire area.

About Us: Pioneer Air Conditioning Services Ltd, based in Croxley Green, provides high-quality air conditioning and refrigeration installations, servicing, and maintenance across residential and commercial sectors. We are known for our reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned servicing and maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems
  • Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently
  • Complete full installations of air conditioning systems, including ducted and VRV/VRF systems
  • Work across both residential and commercial environments
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance with current regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service on-site

Requirements:

  • Valid F-Gas qualification (essential)
  • Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration
  • Strong knowledge of split, multi-split, and VRV/VRF systems
  • Experience with ducted system installations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must be based in the Hertfordshire area
  • Own reliable vehicle and tools (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • Day Rate: £250 – £300 per day (depending on experience, inclusive of travel/fuel)
