Do you have experience working with schedules or works calendar management? We are growing at a fast pace and have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Scheduler to join our team! Our Schedulers work closely with our Mobile Repair Technicians, they are responsible for booking appointments with our customers and ensuring our technicians' calendars are booked to optimum levels. This role is ideal for an individual who would enjoy a fast pace and is highly motivated to achieve monthly bonuses. This position also offers variety day to day, along with a great working environment with a friendly team!

As part of our scheduling team, you will be providing an outstanding level of customer service. You will also be joining a company that is growing, offering opportunity for progression and development!

Who are we? Rapid Repair Network and its sister company Repaired Today Group Ltd are a fast-growing mobile repair service specialising in the repair of bumper scuffs, scratches and dents. Our IMI accredited technicians are all highly skilled, performing repairs for a number of large fleets and insurance companies. We have full coverage across the UK with our headquarters located in the beautiful 18th century manor house (Castle Malwood) in Minstead, Hampshire. Our team are very passionate about what we do! They are also friendly, very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help each other.

What you will be doing day to day?

  • Planning and scheduling jobs efficiently to maximise team productivity, ensuring work diaries are full and that back up work is always available in case of cancellations.
  • Delivering an effective repair schedule that will maximise profits and minimise expenditure.
  • Booking repairs with customers via phone whilst using the company booking system.
  • Providing a positive and best in class service to our customers and Mobile Repair Technicians.
  • Managing inbound and outbound calls.

  • Previous experience within scheduling or similar (calendar/work diary management).
  • Experience with booking system/diary management.
  • Absolute team player, who will work hard to support our customers and technicians.
  • Highly effective communicator.
  • Confident managing inbound and outbound calls.
  • Customer service experience, with ability to apply both problem solving and empathy.
  • Able to demonstrate using own initiative.
  • Professional, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to deliver a high level of accuracy in work undertaken.
