- Day‑to‑day IT operations and user support
- Employee onboarding and offboarding (devices, accounts, access)
- Working with our managed service provider on support requests and escalations
- Supporting and improving internal business applications
- Coordinating with external technology partners, AI vendors, and developers
- Supporting DevOps workflows, project boards, documentation, and roadmaps
- Assisting with automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives
- Supporting technology projects from planning through to implementation
You’ll be encouraged to get involved in system improvements, process design, and the rollout of new technology across the business.
