We are growing fast and are looking for a highly organised, proactive Vehicle Parts and Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in accuracy and organisation. You will play a key role in keeping our vehicle repair operations running smoothly by coordinating parts, managing logistics, and supporting live repair jobs across the UK. Previous experience within automotive parts, vehicle bodywork repairs, or logistics coordination would be highly advantageous, but attitude, organisation, and pace are just as important.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify parts requirements for live vehicle repair jobs
  • Source, order, and track automotive parts accurately
  • Coordinate deliveries to technicians and suitable locations nationwide
