  • Liaise with internal teams on technical, quality, and process queries
  • Ensure compliance with required industry platforms and procedures
  • Support invoice query resolution using accurate repair and estimating information
  • Promote best practice, technical standards, and consistent decision‑making across the business
  • Provide technical support across wider engineering functions when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Confidence using recognised automotive estimating systems
  • Strong knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair methods
  • Excellent attention to detail with a consistent, quality‑focused approach to decision‑making
  • Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
  • Customer‑focused approach with a commitment to high service standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
