Role Overview

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process—from business development and client relationship management to candidate sourcing and placement. This role is perfect for a driven individual with a passion for sales, relationship-building, and delivering top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and screen high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct headhunting.
• Interview & Selection: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing candidates, shortlisting, and providing client feedback.
• Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate job offers and salary negotiations between clients and candidates.
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights.
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure all recruitment processes align with relevant laws and company policies.

What We\’re Looking For

• Experience in 360 recruitment, preferably within [industry/sector], is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong sales and business development skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to succeed.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn—experience is secondary to the right mindset!
