We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established financial services company based in North Harrow, specialising in property finance, business cashflow solutions, and short-term lending. The firm works with a wide range of financial institutions to deliver bespoke funding options, particularly within the loan bridging space. They are now seeking a Senior Administrator to support their operations by preparing funding proposals, assisting with financial documentation, and providing general office‑facing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day‑to‑day office operations and handling incoming calls
- Preparing client proposals and liaising with lenders for credit underwriting
- Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
- Supporting the sales team and coordinating with financial institutions
