Role Overview
This role is suited to a commercially astute, qualified accountant with experience at a senior level across both financial control and strategic reporting.
You will lead the finance function across UK and offshore entities, managing a small team, and reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Your remit will span financial reporting, statutory accounts, VAT, CIS, compliance, and strategic planning.
Strong leadership, clear communication, and sound judgement will be key to succeeding in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the group finance function, overseeing all financial activity across onshore and offshore entities.
Prepare group consolidated accounts under IFRS and UK GAAP.
Deliver monthly management accounts, annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
Lead the statutory accounts process for all trading entities and manage the audit cycle.
Maintain oversight of VAT, CIS, payroll, and financial compliance.
