Rapid Recruit are seeking Production Operatives on behalf of our client, to join a fast-paced production line team. The role involves supporting the organisation in maintaining industry standards throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring production lines run efficiently and consistently meeting all production targets. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm at £12.21/£12.71 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Work at various stages of a semi-automated production line: packing, product transfer, boxing, palletising Quality checking products to ensure they are are in line with internal quality standards To work competently as a team and individually to meet the set production targets as required Support all site KPI's including Food Safety Standards, Health and Safety and site Hygiene Transporting finished goods, bill of materials or consumables via the use of a pump truck Assist with clean downs of both machinery and rooms, to the standard required to remove allergens/ pathogens on site Undertake training to meet food legislation requirements Perform additional duties as and when required. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year within a similar role (ideally in a food environment).
