Rapid Recruit are seeking an FLT & Warehouse Operative to join our clients team, based in Burnley. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling of materials, equipment and inventory. Position Details: Day & night shift, rotating weekly (3 x 12 hour shifts, 6am-6pm/6pm-6am) The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour for the first 12 weeks then increases to £12.81 per hour. Duties: * Loading and unloading containers with the use of a forklift * Moving stock around a busy site by forklift * Picking with the use of a handheld scanning gun * Packing, bagging and completing customer orders * Keeping records of stock and completing paperwork * Carrying out Manual Handling duties. Requirements: * A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential for this role. In addition, this is a demanding role within a busy facility, so we ask that candidates have a strong work ethic with an ability to work well under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
