Rapid Recruit are currently seeking HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our client based in Nelson. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a supportive team, carrying out waste collection services across local areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow scheduled routes to collect domestic and commercial waste
- Operate vehicle equipment and carry out manual handling where required
- Ensure all loads are safely secured
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including vehicle checks and collection logs
- Drive safely and in accordance with road traffic laws and company procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
Position Details:
- Hours: Full time role 7.15am - 3.45pm
- Pay: £13.47 per hour
