* Plan, build, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max
* Manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok
* Monitor and optimise campaign performance to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR and overall account efficiency
* Manage campaign budgets effectively and make strategic recommendations based on performance data
Analytics & Performance Reporting
* Configure and monitor conversion tracking across campaigns and websites
* Work confidently within GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track and analyse campaign performance
* Interpret campaign and website data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation
* Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to internal teams and clients
* Support the development of media plans and campaign strategies aligned to client objectives
* Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through paid media, SEO and digital strategy
* Stay up to date with platform changes, AI search developments, and emerging digital trends
* Contribute to wider strategic planning across client accounts
* Work closely with Account Managers to align campaign delivery with client objectives
* Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are supported by strong creative and messaging
* Support briefing processes to ensure performance-focused creative output
* Hybrid working with Wednesday and Friday working from home
