Rapid Recruit is seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operatives to join our clients team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, contributing to various tasks that support production and logistics.

This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to learn and develop their skills.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor and make minor adjustments to manufacturing and converting machinery
  • Load raw materials and replenish production lines as required
  • Ensure products are manufactured and packed in line with production schedules, specifications and quality standards
  • Carry out quality checks and report any defects, faults or non-conforming products
  • Complete production records and associated paperwork accurately
  • Move raw materials and finished goods safely throughout the production area
  • Follow all work instructions, quality procedures and health & safety requirements.
  • Maintain clean, organised and hazard-free workstations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing and production environment is desirable.
  • Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Flexibility to work fixed nights or continental rotating day and night shifts.

Hours of work

  • Continental shifts (days and nights) 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
