Rapid Personnel are recruiting for dedicated Housekeepers to join our client's team based in Windsor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and garments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is essential.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or experience in a hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.

- £12.77 per hour
