Rapid Personnel are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our client based in Ashampstead. This is a pivotal position within their retail operations to support the shop running efficiently and maintaining strong levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers
- Inspire and upsell products to customers
- Delegate & manage daily tasks with team members
- Ensure all team members are utilising their time efficiently
- Assist with product ordering and maintain product stock levels
- Checking deliveries thoroughly to ensure correct stock input
- Uphold shop / cafe cleanliness and product display
- Ensure health and safety processes are being properly adhered to
Requirements
- Previous experience working within retail or hospitality setting required
- Team management experience desirable
- Ability to use own initiative and direct others
- Interested in a long-term permanent position

- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- £30,000 per annum
