Rapid Personnel are currently recruiting for Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) to join our client in Newbury. This role will involve general warehouse duties as well as forklift driving. You will need to be able to confidently operate a forklift, without need for training. Please ensure your licence is accredited and valid.

Details:

  • Temp-to-Perm
  • Starting Monday 13.04.26
  • Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00, rotating shifts - £15.80 per hour
  • Sunday night-Thursday night - 22:00pm - 06:00am - £16.99 per hour
  • You will be required to have your own transport and access to your own vehicle

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming stock, including unpacking, labelling, and organising items in appropriate storage locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move and stack items as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring that safety guidelines are followed at all times.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience using forklift (Counterbalance)
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is required.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
