- Establish and maintain compliance processes that scale with the business

- Create and maintain accurate BOMs in our ERP system
- Develop build documentation and assembly instructions for consistent manufacturing
- Produce user manuals, installation guides, and maintenance documentation
- Establish documentation standards across the electrical function
- Manage relationships with panel builders, cable assembly suppliers, and component vendors
- Source components, obtain quotes, and drive cost reduction
- Ensure incoming parts and assemblies meet quality standards
- Support manufacturing with technical queries and quality control
- Travel to customer sites to commission systems and support installations
- Develop test procedures and commissioning protocols
- Provide technical support for deployed systems
- Feed lessons learned from site back into product development
Requirements
Essential:

- Experience managing external suppliers and subcontractors
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites
