Rapid Auto Assist Limited provides nationwide roadside recovery, vehicle transportation and accident management services. Operating 24/7, we deliver fast, reliable support to motorists, businesses and insurers across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join our team in Chigwell.
This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will support the day-to-day running of the business. You will handle calls and emails, maintain accurate records, liaise with customers and partners, and provide administrative support to the wider team.
Key Responsibilites
- Handling incoming calls and emails professionally.
- Updating and maintaining records within internal systems.
- Carrying out general administrative duties, including filing and document management.
- Liaising with customers, drivers, garages and partner organisations.
- Assisting with case progression and operational activities.
- Preparing reports, spreadsheets and other administrative documents.
- Supporting management and colleagues with ad hoc administrative tasks.
About you
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage your workload and work independently.
- Professional and confident when communicating with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Reliable, hardworking and a positive team player.
Previous administration experience is preferred. Experience within transport, logistics, recovery, automotive or accident management would be advantageous but is not essential.
