You’ll be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for key clients, driving strategic discussions and ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering recommendations to overcome marketing challenges and drive success.
  • Take ownership of high-profile, tier-one projects, ensuring flawless execution from planning to delivery, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage client tenders, ensuring proposals are well-aligned with client needs and professionally presented.
  • Oversee paid and organic social media across platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, continuously monitoring and optimising to adjust targeting, creative and budgets based on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce assets that align with campaign strategy and goals.
  • Ensure content calendars reflect campaign objectives, and oversee coordination of content shoots and influencer partnerships.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, and ROAS, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to clients, and present campaign reports, offering transparency on performance and highlighting opportunities for growth.
  • Manage client budgets, making adjustments to maximise return on ad spend and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with media buying partners to ensure all placements align with campaign objectives and timelines.

Skills:

  • Marketing degree/equivalent and 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in an agency setting.
  • A strong portfolio with successful brand partnerships and campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience in Paid Social Media, including Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage various tasks, clients and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in a variety of marketing software, including Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
