We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to play a key role in the day-to-day management and delivery of integrated marketing, brand and digital projects across a portfolio of client accounts. You will be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple workstreams while maintaining strong client relationships. Acting as a trusted point of contact, you will help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high creative standard.
This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaboration and is ready to take more ownership of client relationships and project delivery.
Who You Will Work With
- Internal: Founder & Management Team, Client Services Team, Creative Services Team, Digital, UX/UI and Development Team
- External: Client Marketing Teams, C-suite Stakeholders, Third-party agencies including Media, PR and Production Partners, Regulatory and Governance Bodies where relevant
Skills & Experience
- Marketing degree/equivalent and 2+ years of experience in an agency setting
- A strong portfolio with successful brand partnerships and campaigns
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns
- Experience in Paid Social Media, including Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage various tasks, clients and campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in a variety of marketing software, including Mailchimp, Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience mentoring junior team members
- Knowledge of PM & Scheduling Systems such as Asana, Resource Guru etc.
- Knowledge of agency management systems e.g. Synergist
- Experience managing clients in the Retail & Hospitality Sector
