The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join the team. You’ll be someone who can drive performance and thrives on creating standout marketing campaigns, growing brands, and crafting thoughtful storytelling across all marketing touchpoints. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, wider marketing team, designers and strategists to bring ideas to life and drive growth for our clients.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Act as a point of contact for a diverse range of clients, ensuring regular communication and client satisfaction.
- Oversee Paid Social Media across platforms, including Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, continuously monitoring and optimising to adjust targeting and creative based on campaign performance.
- Ensure organic content calendars reflect client objectives, and oversee coordination of content shoots and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor performance metrics across Paid Social, Organic Social and Email Marketing, such as Reach, CPC, Engagement Rates, delivering insights and actionable recommendations.
- Plan, shoot, edit and schedule content for a range of platforms.
- Write and schedule email campaigns using a variety of platforms, including Mailchimp, Shopify and Klaviyo.
- Coordinate with media buying partners (e.g. OOH and Radio) to ensure all placements align with campaign objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce assets that align with client objectives and goals.
- Support the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executives on marketing activities.
Skills
- At least 1 year of marketing experience, ideally in an agency setting
- Proven ability in managing and growing social media channels
- Experience in or knowledge of Paid Social Media, including Meta, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage various tasks, clients and campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in or knowledge of a variety of marketing softwares, including Meta Business Suite and Mailchimp
