Rapid Access Ltd is a leading UK manufacturer of access panels and riser doors, trusted across the construction industry. We are growing and looking for a proactive, detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our team in Nuneaton. This is a brand new role created to support our continued success, with a bonus scheme, paid lunches, and additional benefits such as a tree planted on your birthday.

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers with clarity and professionalism
  • Generate accurate quotations and process orders using our internal system
  • Scan and send Proof of Deliveries (PODs)
  • Liaise with couriers, track deliveries, and manage returns
  • Support the wider management team with administrative tasks when needed

Working in a fast-paced but friendly environment, attention to detail and proactive problem solving are valued.

You\\\'ll Need To Have

  • A confident and professional phone manner, or customer-facing experience
  • Good organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • A strong sense of accountability and reliability
  • At least 1 year\\\'s customer service, customer-facing, or administration experience
