As a Merchandising Admin Assistant at Rapha, you will become part of a team that is key to managing stock and sales in the business. The purpose of the role is to support the merchandising team in the smooth running of operations through accurate data maintenance and organisation. This includes responsibilities for SKUs, stock, pricing and attributes. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn more about Merchandising and progress in this area. Experience in a similar role, or from a retail background is desired but not essential. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to be involved with a fast growing and diverse business and be a key member of a team supporting the running of all trading and buying activities.
THE ROLE
- Responsible for accurate SKU creation and product data management.
- Accurately raising all purchase orders and liaising with the Production team.
- Supporting the department in maintaining accurate style information on various systems.
- Responsible for maintaining and checking pricing data and uploading prices and discounts onto systems (Microsoft Navison).
- Updating and monitoring the stock reports, intake trackers and trade reports.
- Raising any issues or discrepancies with relevant people.
- Responsible for ensuring stock is ready in the warehouse for the next steps.
- Creating ad hoc analysis and reports when requested and giving recommendations.
- Organising and prioritising own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Following tasks and deadlines on the buying critical path.
