As a Clubhouse Assistant at Rapha, you are a versatile ambassador who delivers a seamless customer experience across both retail and cafe spaces, ensuring every visitor is engaged, supported, and inspired by the Rapha brand.
The Role:
- Act as the face of the Clubhouse, transitioning seamlessly between the retail floor and the cafe to provide consistent, world-class service and menu recommendations.
- Use expert product knowledge to uncover customer needs and present the perfect technical apparel or lifestyle solutions.
- Support the Community Lead in the execution of Clubhouse rides and events, helping to build a friendly environment where the sport and culture of cycling are celebrated.
- Maintain the highest levels of visual merchandising and housekeeping while supporting cafe prep and back-of-house needs to ensure a premium brand presentation at all times.
