As B2B Logistics Coordinator at Rapha, you will become part of a team that manages the end to end deliveries to our customers. In this role, you will be working closely with the wider Logistics, Wholesale, Retail and Customer Service teams across Rapha, assisting to build a Logistics function that provides outstanding customer service whilst remaining commercially viable. Reporting to the Logistics Operations Manager and supporting the Logistics department, you will support the business in achieving the brand and departmental strategy.
The role and your skills:
- You will provide analysis of B2B performance (Retail and Wholesale) vs forecast, providing recommendations where appropriate.
- Oversee all B2B KPI reporting end to end, from 3PL through to carrier.
- Provide cost analysis of final mile deliveries for all B2B orders.
- Provide support for Rapha pop-up events, working closely with the retail team and 3PL partners.
- Produce commercial invoices where required for time critical shipments.
- Ensure that all B2B orders meet all customs compliance requirements.
- Customs/clearance resolution and management for both web and B2B orders.
- Fulfilling internal stakeholder shipment requests end to end.
- You will manage and engage closely with the 3PL teams, ensuring orders are being processed on time in full.
- Coordinate with the Wholesale team and 3PL to ensure shipments are meeting all ‘Value Add’ requirements with daily checks on progress.
- Booking and procuring freight on an ad-hoc basis.
- Provide support and solutions for potential system changes that would improve the wholesale process, allowing the business to grow.
- Resolve and troubleshoot problem orders throughout the full order and delivery process.
- Oversee 3PL B2B inventory, reporting on weekly and monthly stockholding.
- Wholesaler Onboarding - Understanding the requirements of all WHS and creating process flows/managing the same to ensure 100% compliance.
- Manage Athlete/teams logistics flows from supplier to end recipients.
- Ownership of all Retail and wholesale forecasts with 3PL’s, reporting back to retail, wholesale and logistics teams on performance vs forecast.
- Take responsibility for building an effective and motivational team environment.
