Rapha is seeking an Assistant Clubhouse Manager to help run Rapha’s Clubhouse retail spaces and support the Rapha Cycling Club (RCC) across our global network. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure world-class customer experiences, and contribute to commercial and operational excellence.
You will partner with Merchandising & VM teams, coach staff, and cascade brand communications, embodying Rapha’s values while driving growth in the local cycling community.
