Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead architecture governance and end-to-end solution design for SAP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) engagements.
This role owns the technology roadmap for planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting solutions, partnering closely with Finance, FP&A, Controllership, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, well-governed SAP architectures.

- Lead the development and enforcement of architecture governance frameworks to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive enterprise-wide architecture initiatives to enhance system integration, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement strategic technology roadmaps.
- Evaluate and recommend architectural standards, tools, and methodologies to optimize IT investments.
- Provide expert guidance on architectural best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and develop architecture teams to build capabilities and ensure consistent delivery of architectural solutions.
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architecture decisions and innovation.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure architecture coherence across business units.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for SAP EPM implementations across planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting.
- Design and govern SAP EPM solutions using SAP BPC, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/BW4HANA, and S/4HANA.
- Partner with Finance, FP&A, Controllership, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solution designs.
- Architect integrations between SAP EPM platforms and source systems including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, and non-SAP applications.
- Define data models, planning models, consolidation structures, business rules, script logic, security frameworks, and governance standards.
- Lead solution delivery across requirements gathering, blueprinting, design, build, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Drive modernization and migration initiatives such as SAP BPC to SAP Analytics Cloud and support cloud transformation roadmaps.
- Ensure application performance optimization, data accuracy, audit readiness, and alignment with finance controls and compliance requirements.
- Provide technical leadership to consultants and developers and mentor project members on SAP EPM best practices.
- Support presales efforts & estimation, architecture reviews, and client presentations — for SAP finance transformation programs.
