As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join us and play a key role in shaping our exciting future.
The Role As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your projects and be involved from concept to completion.
You’ll be the driving force that ensures every detail runs smoothly, every deadline is met, and every client is delighted with the result.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Project ownership: Manage all operational and commercial aspects — from subcontractor procurement and scheduling to cost control and client reporting.
- On-site leadership: Oversee multiple sites, guiding your team to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
- Collaboration & communication: Work closely with our design, estimating, and surveying teams, while being the main point of contact for clients.
- Travel: Some early morning site visits may be required depending on project locations.
About You You’re an organized, confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional work and building lasting relationships.

We’re looking for someone who
- Lives within a 20-mile radius of Maidstone.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you’ll be the vital link between clients, contractors, and the Rap team.
- Possesses strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Is experienced in fit out and refurbishment projects.
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project paperwork.
