About The Role
Ranson Barnes Recruitment are extremely excited to be working with one of our favourite clients again in the hunt for a Block Property Manager. The role is due to growth and the successful candidate will be joining a culture first business where you are truly valued and your hard work rewarded. The position is based in Sheffield with local travel to client sites to accommodate the needs of the business so a valid UK driving licence is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with key clients
- Preparing service charge budgets
- Organising and attending management and key stakeholder meetings
- Carrying out site visits and creating inspection reports
- Perform Section 20 consultations
- Deal with claims and renewals
- Taking full responsibility for all lease related tasks in your portfolio
- Keeping up to date with associated legislations and regulations
