Due to continued business growth, they are expanding their Technical Support team and are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join them.
Role Summary
The Technical Support Analyst will provide first-line technical support to clients, handling incoming support requests via phone and ticketing systems. You will proactively troubleshoot technical issues, resolve problems efficiently, and identify root causes while maintaining a high standard of service. This role is ideal for someone seeking their first helpdesk position and looking to build a long-term career in IT and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support to clients via phone and ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely
- Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs
- Accurately log, track, and update support tickets
- Identify recurring issues and assist with root cause analysis
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients in French or Dutch, as well as English
- Follow documented processes and contribute to service improvements
Skills & Experience
- Fluency in French or Dutch (spoken and written) is essential
- Good understanding of remote support desk environments
- Knowledge of PC hardware configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience managing Windows operating systems (XP through Windows 7 or higher)
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
- Friendly, professional manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine interest and passion for digital technology
Full training will be provided on internal systems, hardware, configurations, and processes.
