About the Role

We are excited to be working with a leading technology company in the recruitment of 2 Client Relationship Managers who will be responsible for all aspects of the client journey. From the initial onboarding process working alongside project managers to growing the accounts and making sure the software is used to its full functionality. At the heart of the role is the desire to foster and enhance long term relationships by delivering top level customer service - whether that’s delivering projects, offering training or just being on hand for the day to day queries. The Account Management Team works collaboratively across the business, bridging the gap between all internal departments and Clients in order for the company to become trusted partners of all platform users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day relationships with clients in a proactive manner to ensure they are maximising software functionality and making them aware of the full product suite
  • Have meaningful communication with clients in order to develop an in-depth knowledge of their business
  • Be a key point of contact by supporting clients via telephone, video calls and webchats
  • Liaising with Project Managers, Developers, Product Owners and Testers in order to enhance the client experience with development requests
  • Deliver client training where required
  • Handling any client requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to team meetings with client feedback and suggestions
  • Work alongside the marketing team to help develop client focussed content
  • Keeping client records up to date
  • Provide reports and analysis on customer success outcomes

You Will

  • Have first class communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ideally have an interest in technology
  • Be experienced in Key Account Management
  • Enjoy building and maintaining relationships
  • Work well under pressure
  • Be highly organised
  • Hold a valid UK Driving Licence and Passport
