This is a relationship-focused, office-based sales role where you will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with customers, ensuring consistent ordering patterns, and identifying opportunities to grow account spend. The customer base consists primarily of independent, owner-managed businesses, making strong communication and relationship-building skills essential. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of independent retail customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers

- Reactivate dormant or declining accounts and drive customer retention
