Regional Account Manager- West Yorkshire Company: Ranson Barnes Recruitment Location: Leeds, UK Salary: £35,000 to £42,000 + bonus Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role Ranson Barnes Recruitment is proud to be working with our national client who are a market leader in their sector. Their Leeds site are seeking a proactive Regional Account Manager to join the team in selling a bespoke service throughout the West Yorkshire region, the role is available due to continued growth throughout 2025 and subsequent internal promotion. Our client is seeking proactive individuals who aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to generate business. It’s a full sales cycle role to include cold/warm calls, on the road prospecting, client visits and account management. You must hold a valid UK driving licence as local travel is required Duties to include but not limited to: * Maintaining and developing strong relationships with key clients by various means * Proactively source sales opportunities * Making outbound calls to prospective customers * Attending client visits and delivering presentations * Creating quotations alongside the sales support team * Negotiating on pricing You Will: * Have a full UK driving licence * Be tenacious and driven * Thrive in a fast paced environment * Be able to communicate effectively at all levels * Enjoy being part of a vibrant team culture Benefits: * Generous starting salary of up to £42,000 * Uncapped commission * Percentage bonus on all sales even if below target * 33 days holiday including bank holidays * On-site parking * Company car * Career development If you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity, please get in touch with either Craig or Carl or click apply now.
