Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
We are looking for a friendly and organised person to join our busy office team in a sales support role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a steady, office-based position.
What you’ll be doing:
- Speaking with customers by phone and email
- Helping prepare quotes and process orders
- Keeping track of customer requests and following up where needed
- Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day tasks
- Keeping records accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Comfortable speaking to people and providing good customer service
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Able to work well as part of a team
- No specialist product knowledge is required – full training will be provided
