We are looking for a general production operative to join a busy, fast-paced belting production workshop based in the Hamworthy Poole area on a standard dayshift. This role requires strong attention to detail, competency using hand tools and ideally experience working with a range of rubber and PU materials and bonding agents.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring the department is maintaining a high level of throughput to meet customer demand.
- Meeting expectations of quality.
- Remain flexible to assist across multiple finishing disciplines.
- Follow company health & safety procedures.
The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:

Hours/Shifts: Day Shift 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. 37.5 hrs/wk
