We are looking for a competent CNC Turner to join a busy, fast-paced machine shop based in the Hamworthy Poole area on a rotating shift pattern. This role requires strong setting/programming experience with Siemens and/or Fanuc controls and would be working with a range of materials such as Aluminium, Mild steel, Stainless steel & various composites.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the CNC cell with setting/operating multiple machines in the most efficient way possible.
- Ensuring quality procedures are followed to reduce non-conformance rate.
- General maintenance of machines to reduce downtime.
- Following company health & safety procedures.

Hours/Shifts:
- Week 1: 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday
- Week 2: 2pm – 00:00 Monday to Thursday

- 1.66 days holiday per complete calendar month worked for the first year (maximum 20 days per 1st full year), rising 1 day per year to a max 25 days after 5 years continuous service.
