About The Role

The CI Facilitator provides production-focused process improvement expertise, facilitation, and role modeling to deliver tangible improvement outcomes across SEA, leading cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and implement business improvement initiatives.
The Continuous Improvement Facilitator will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role offers flexible working. The salary is up to £40k, depending on experience.
What you\’ll be doing
- Embedded with the operations team to drive CI activities and techniques, making them part of Business as Usual.
- Facilitating CI project/event sessions with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Supporting the Leadership Team by guiding small teams to identify opportunities that improve productivity, process effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.
- Providing CI training across SEA, including DMAIC, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Lean Six Sigma, and workshop facilitation.
- Supporting future rollout of CI training and upskilling in SEA.
- Maintaining and developing knowledge of CI approaches and tools to support improvement efforts.
