We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of connected venue and digital experiences across Mecca and Grosvenor. This role will focus on how customers move between our venues, websites and apps, identifying opportunities to digitise venue journeys, increase venue‑to‑digital adoption, and create more connected customer experiences across channels. The Senior Product Manager will own and help define a product area and roadmap focused on venue‑linked digital experiences. They will lead discovery, define customer and business problems, shape product direction, and work with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a product leadership role, not a project management role. Success will come from strong product judgement, evidence‑based prioritisation, customer understanding and the ability to influence teams around clear outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and define complex cross‑channel product problem spaces across venue, web and app journeys.
  • Shape the product direction and roadmap for venue‑linked digital experiences across Mecca and Grosvenor.
  • Lead discovery into opportunities that improve customer experience, venue‑to‑digital adoption, digital engagement, venue visits, dwell time, in‑venue spend and cross‑channel retention.
  • Translate customer insight, behavioural data, venue feedback and business strategy into clear product outcomes and prioritised opportunities.
  • Make clear value‑based trade‑offs, ensuring teams focus on the highest‑impact problems and opportunities.
  • Lead end‑to‑end product delivery from discovery through launch and in‑market optimisation.
  • Partner closely with Design, UX, Technology, Architecture and Data to create coherent digital experiences across web and app.
  • Work with Venue Operations, Commercial, CRM, Marketing, Compliance, Safer Gambling and senior venue stakeholders to align around shared goals.
  • Define success metrics and benefits, tracking performance after launch and adjusting direction based on outcomes.
  • Improve cross‑channel customer understanding by identifying gaps in journey insight, behavioural data and performance measurement.
  • Communicate product direction, trade‑offs, risks, dependencies and outcomes clearly to senior and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the maturity of the product practice by role‑modelling strong product thinking, discovery discipline and outcome‑led decision‑making.
  • Coach and support less experienced Product Managers where required, helping raise standards across the team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager on digital web or app products.
  • Strong ability to define customer problems and translate business strategy into evidence‑based product direction.
  • Experience leading product discovery, prioritisation, roadmap definition and outcome measurement.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous or emerging product areas where the opportunity needs to be shaped and validated.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, ideally across web, app or connected physical and digital experiences.
  • Ability to use customer research, behavioural data and market insight to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross‑functional teams around shared outcomes.
  • Ability to balance hands‑on product ownership with strategic thinking and operational alignment.
  • Experience in cross‑channel journeys, retail, hospitality, leisure, gaming, betting, casino, bingo, membership products or regulated environments would be beneficial.

Leadership and Mentoring

Senior Product Managers may manage or mentor a small number of Product Managers, supporting their development, confidence and impact while embedding strong product thinking and outcome‑led decision‑making across teams. This responsibility will be balanced with hands‑on product ownership and delivery, and aligned to team needs and personal development goals.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary combined with a range of benefits.
  • Wellbeing@Rank supports flexible working hours, colleague support networks, menopause support and weekly PepTalks.
  • We invest in your growth with development opportunities, leadership training and industry certifications.
  • International exposure through our global business and collaboration with colleagues from around the world.
  • From pensions and bonus schemes to private medical insurance and life insurance – we’ve got you covered.
