This 12-month fixed-term maternity cover role is a perfect opportunity for someone who is wanting to get into or build a career in marketing within the online gaming industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of all assets for campaigns, including Headlines promotions, DRGs (Daily Retention Games) Big Rocks (Eg, Product releases) and ensure that all content is fully tested onsite on go live to ensure a fully optimised customer experience and the next best customer action is always front of mind.
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager with the completion of the quarterly marketing planning document and as required sharing the plan with relevant areas (Social, Performance Marketing, Chat, CS).
  • Working with Creative, Design and Operations to ensure the effective delivery, sign-off and implementation of campaign creative briefs to produce solid and successful campaigns that can be released to customers and tracked accordingly.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day organisation and administration of onsite publishing across the two brands ensuring that all content is correctly situated, links tested and visual representation is correct across devices, web and mobile/app experience.
  • Work with the CRM team to complete the weekly and monthly plans for the brand and consider the targeted requirements/messages for customers at the time of briefing.
  • Testing all CRM comms prior to sending, checking copy, and links to ensure working and correctly linking to the right environment on site.
  • Ensure that all activity delivered is consistent and follows the Brand and best practice guidelines set out by the Brands and ensure that all materials are fully compliant with all relevant legislation.
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure the delivery of campaign prizes and cash prizes for customers.
  • Understand the competition set and review monthly, preparing slides to be circulated and making regular reports of potential improvements and innovations for our campaign activity.
  • Attend monthly Chat Team meetings to ensure all activity is fully promoted by the Chat Team.
  • Weekly review of the P2P and F2P retention activity to report in trading meetings and ensure we are monitoring cost and optimising activity.

Qualifications

  • Marketing degree or equivalent preferred but not essential.
  • A keen interest and/or knowledge of gaming products.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation); highly numerate.
  • Good IT skills including strong experience in MS Excel, Word and Outlook etc. and database packages.
  • Good eye for competitor and other industry marketing to ensure Rank are at the leading edge of Campaign Marketing.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and 3rd party departments.
  • Detailed and organised – able to maintain/manage workloads effectively and not compromise on the quality of their work.
