We're looking for a passionate and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager with events experience to lead the hospitality offering at Grosvenor Casino Southend. You'll oversee our food and beverage operation, lead a high-performing team and create memorable experiences for our customers through great service, events and hospitality.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the day-to-day food and beverage operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service.
- Drive sales, profitability and performance, managing labour, stock and wastage effectively.
- Plan and deliver private hire, corporate events, celebrations, entertainment nights and other venue experiences.
- Identify opportunities to grow events revenue, increase venue utilisation and build relationships with customers, event organisers and local businesses.
- Coach, develop and inspire the hospitality team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain high standards across food safety, health & safety, licensing and responsible gambling requirements.
What we're looking for
- Management experience within hospitality, leisure, casino, hotel or a premium restaurant environment.
- Experience leading a food and beverage operation with accountability for performance and standards.
- Experience planning and delivering events, functions, private hire or hospitality experiences.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue, profitability and customer experience.
- A confident and engaging leader who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
