As the Operations Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the action - making sure the casino floor runs seamlessly. This is a key leadership role in the club.

You’ll take full ownership - from tables and slots, driving performance, elevating the customer experience and making sure everything runs seamlessly, safely and profitably.

Working closely with the General Manager, as the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Grosvenor Business Plan to life - driving growth, elevating the experience and setting the standard for what great looks like.
